How to Make White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake
Follow these steps for a creamy filling, a crisp crust, and a delicious strawberry topping.
Step 1: Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust
Preheat your oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the crumbs are evenly moistened and resemble damp sand.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Press it firmly into an even layer across the bottom using the back of a spoon or the flat bottom of a measuring cup.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, then remove the crust from the oven and allow it to cool slightly while you prepare the filling.
Tip: Pressing the crumbs firmly helps create a crust that holds together when you cut the cheesecake.
Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate
Place the chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Melt it gently over a saucepan of barely simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Alternatively, microwave it in short 15–20-second intervals, stirring between each interval.
Let the melted chocolate cool until just lukewarm before adding it to the cream cheese mixture.
Avoid overheating the chocolate, as white chocolate can scorch or become grainy.
